a daughter, Aganhon. She was as lovely as the dawn.

ask for her love. Among them was Maeopig. He had an uncontrollable temper, but Deagdog
chose him to be Aganhon’s husband.
Maeoping the bridegroom was very happy but the girl was not. She locked herself in
her room. Even her mother, Mabout, cried to soften her husband’s heart. A big crowd
attended the wedding feast and there was a lot of joy, but the bride was nowhere to be seen.
She was not in the house. They looked for the girl around the village but it was useless.
Later, her lifeless body was found near spring, a dagger thrust into her heart. Daegdog was
very sad.
The next day, Aganhondappearedto her father’s dream, and said there will be a tree
growing in the grave as the remembrance. The next morning, the sad perents visited their
daughter’s grave. They found a huge tree full of heart-shaped fruit. The fruit were sweet and
aromatic like Agannhon, the helpless girl .since then, the fruit has been known as the
mango.

My Vacation in Bali
I spent the last vacation in Bali with my father, mother, and sister. We left Semarang
at 12.45.
At 7 in the evening, we arrived at Ngurah Rai and directly went to the hotel. The hotel
was amazing. Inna Grand Bali Hotel was a big hotel. It’s about 5 hectares and located next to
Sanur beach. It only took three minutes walking from the hotel to reach the beach. My sister
and I went to the beach every morning!
We spent the first day in Bali by enjoying our stay in hotel. We did some exercise in a
gym and swam in hotel’s swimming pool.
On the second day, we were picked by a minibus and went to Tanjung Benoa Harbor.
Then, we took a bout to Nusa Penida Island. We had a great tour at Nusa Penida. First, we
visited Toyapakeh village. We were amazed by this unique Balinese village. After that, we
snorkeled in the sea. The fish and coral were stunning! Late in the evening, we went back to
our hotel in Denpasar.
The following day, we went shopping at Sukowati. My mom bought a lot of Balinese
clothing. I bought a small painting for my bedroom. My sister decided to buy some neck laces
made of shells. She said she wanted to give them as souvenirs for her friend. Finally, we flew
back to Semarang in the afternoon.
It was one of the nicest vacations I’ve ever taken.

In the middle of the Barito River in South Kalimantan, there is an island called
Kembang Island that is occupied by hundreds of monkeys. The island, located in the Alalak
district of Kuala Barito regency, is 1,5 km away from Banjarmasin and can be reached in 10

Two statues of the white monkey Hanuman welcome the guests upon entering the
forest. The monkeys that inhabit the island are familiar and friendly with humans. They

put food on their palms and the monkeys will take it. While they never attack visitors, they
sometimes try to take things that they think are food. Therefore, it is advised that visitors

(Nasalislarvatus). They monkey have reddish brown hair and long a nose. They are known to
be shy, rarely spotted by visitors.
