Product description
Appearance
Odourless, white coloured smooth powder, with neutral flavour, cold soluble, too.
Characteristics
Semi finished product in powder studied to prepare, by both cold and warm processing, base mixes for fruit gelati. The product contains
sugar already: it is enough adding water and, if necessary, fresh fruit. Its neutral flavour enhances added flavour, particularly when using
fresh fruit. It does not contain milk by-products and is therefore suggested to prepare gelati, by adding water, even for people suffering
from intolerance to lactose.

Sugar, dextrose, malt dextrines, vegetal fibre (inulin), refined vegetable fats (palm), stabilizers: locust bean gum, carrageenan; glucose
syrup, vegetal proteins (pea), emulsifier: lecithin (soya).

Dose and use instructions
1,2 kg of product, 2,8 kg of water and fruit.
When cold processed, it is advisable to let the mix mature for about 30 minutes.
When warm processed, it is advisable to pasteurise it at low temperatures (65 °C).
Storage
The product, stored in the original sealed container, in a cool and dry place, will keep its original features unchanged for at least 24
months since the production date. The "best before" term is printed on each package.
