2019-2020 CON SC Meeting de Avance
II. Proponents:
College of Nursing – Student Council Officers and Adviser
III. Rationale
The College of Nursing Student Council will conduct a program for students
who aspire to lead the college as council officers.
IV. Objectives of the Activity:
This activity aims to let the aspiring leaders introduce themselves formally and
also to express their intentions and general plans. This will also let the class officers
invited to know and evaluate the candidates.
V. Mechanics and Implementation
A. List of Participants
The College of Nursing students (Class Officers and Students who filed
Certificate of Candidacy).
B. Date and Venue
The Event will take place on Friday, August 23, 2019, 2PM at the Audio
Visual Room.
C. Strategies / Mechanics
1. Submission of the program proposal for approval.
2. Collaboration and formation of the working committee for the planning
and finalization of activities.
3. Submit and invitation to the respective faculty and staff of the College of
Nursing.
4. Inquire for the logistics (chairs, sound system, etc.) or the equipment
needed for the event proper.
5. Disseminate information, updates and announcements through posters,
Facebook post and text messages.
6. Secure excuse letters for concerned students.
