Reference Doc: Immediate report SM 100000000816.
Reason: Draeger Medical AG & Co. KGaA has released a modification to the
Savina Housing P/N 8414280 to improve EMC to 20V/m and other
modifications.
Devices affected: This action is mandatory for the following units in the USA:
ARPH-0031, ARPH-0036, ARPH-0037, ARPM-0041, ARRA-0032,
ARRA-0033, ARRA-0034, ARRA-0035, ARRA-0036, ARRA-0038,
ARRA-0039, ARRA-0040, ARRA-0041, ARRA-0043, ARRA-0045
Note: Devices in Canada are not affected.
When: This action is to be completed for units in the USA by end of July 31,
2002.
Reporting: Report modified Savinas with S/N, labor and traveling time to Mike
Kelkart ([email protected]).
Additional Info 1: See instructions for TSB # 4.
Additional Info 2: Modification time less than 15 minutes.
Additional Info 3: Please return replaced front panel frames P/N 8414279.
