Microsoft Word is an application to write and save documents. It has helpful tools
to save documents. It has text editor and also have the feature of spell check,
Grammar check, support HTML etc.

Reason:
We choose this application because this is quite helpful and useful and it very easy
to use. The features of this application are very easy to use and and quite helpful.
1.Product Revision:
In this we see the changes and addition of features in the software.

1.1Maintainability:
MA-1:
In this software instead of underline of wrong spells there should be auto correct of
spells.
MA-2:
In this system there should be proper tables which should already exist in software
with rows and columns instead of making table with separate rows and columns.

1.2Testablility:
TA-1:
It should be measurable and should be objective.
TA-2:
The software should have response time less than 0.5 seconds.
1.3Flexibility:
FB-1:
In this software along with typing and writing document there should be feature of
adding emoji’s.
FB-2:
In this software it should have the feature of voice. By voice records there should
be typing on the software.

2.Product Transition:
In this we see the changes of the software.

2.1Portability:
PR-1:
The document of this application also opens on android mobile phones and iPhone.
PR-2:
The document file which was on Microsoft word if it exists on mobile android
phones will allow it to edit.

2.2Reusability:
RU-1:
The code of application should be written in object oriented so that it can be easy
to reusable.
RU-2:
The user should save his file or document so that he or she can reuse it or edit it.

2.3Interoperatability:
IO-1:
The can open this file or document on any software regarding to it.

The user can also view it in hardcopy. User can take out its prints.

The user shall save, open and edit the user file.

The system shall save/open users files in 0.5 seconds

The system shall save users file in the draft automatically

The system shall correct the spelling mistakes of users automatically

The user shall view their saved records

The user shall use multiple formats provided by the system

Interface and design of the system shall easy to use and fast for users

The system shall follow the best algorithm to prefer function requirements fast
