Task 2: PEST ANALYSIS

Make a PEST analysis about factors influencing human resources management in the
company (preferably in your home country).
PEST analysis is a strategic business tool used by organizations to discover, evaluate,
organize, and track macro-economic factors which can impact on their business now and in
the future (including human resource management). The framework examines opportunities
and threats due to P (Political), E (Economic), S (Social), and T (Technological) forces.
1. What kind of current trends affect human resources management in companies?
2. HOW these trends influence human resources in companies?
->Identify the trend -> determine how it affects the human resource management (planning,
selection, motivation, etc.) in the company -> give solutions for identified problems
