I. PURPOSE:

To establish a documented procedure to define the competence, training and awareness

II. SCOPE:

It is applicable to all the personnel who can be affected or whose work can affect the environment. Also this is
applicable for the personnel who work for the organization from the outside

III. RESPONSIBILITY:

HR in-charge /Management representative is responsible for the effective implementation of this procedure in
co-ordination with concerned process heads.
