Lamination Recipe-700mm

This document provides a lamination recipe for a 700mm winding with 5 layers of 270g/m2 fiberglass as a fit layer, followed by 2 layers at 50% overlap, then 20 layers at 50% overlap, 10 layers of 500g/m2 fiberglass at 50% overlap, additional 270g/m2 fiberglass layers to the minimum thickness, a top tape layer at 10% overlap, an internal layer of 10 layers of 270g/m2 fiberglass at 100% overlap and a top tape. The target lamination thickness is 14mm and length is 510mm. Laminators should follow this recipe to achieve the required thickness.
