Laurus Labs needs Request for Batch Number Printout for their Production and Sales Process. The
Layout to be developed is common for Production and Sales Departments. Batch Number Layout to
be developed is enclosed under point report layout.

Process Order Scenario
Output will be printed via standard T-Code (COR2. & C202)
First the system will check process order exits or not if yes then it will generate a new number
based on Z table ZPPT_BATCH_SNUM
The new generated number would be “first character from x_bncom-werks & 4th character from
x_bncom-werks & Group Counter from recipe & new number fetch from z table & last two
digits from year current date”
Purchase Order Scenario
First the system will check Purchase order exits or not if yes then it will generate a new number
based on Z table ZMMT_BATCH_SNUM
The new generated number would be “first 4 char of material group(wgbez60) fetched from
passing xbncom-matkl into table t023t & new number fetch from z table & last 2 digit from year
from current date”
