That the transplanting of earth-balled trees shall be the obligation of the permittee. The pennittee shali maintain and protect transplanted trees for a period of at least three (3) years. For every transplanted tree that will not survive alter six (6) months, the permittee shall conduct the replacement planting using saplings of indigenous tree species at a ratio of 1:100 as prescribed under DENR Memorandum Order No. 2012-02; 6.
