Introduction
Shoes, sandals and slippers are one of those products that
we wear daily and is a necessity, no one ever seems to ever
wonder how the shoes, sandals and slippers that everyone wears
are produced. Well in the manufacturing process there are many
steps, parts of a shoe and as well as materials. There are many
different materials for shoes. There are certain ones for sport
shoes, dress shoes, boots, sandals and more. Some materials are
used to make the footwear comfortable. To be able to protect
from injuries, or to make it look very exquisite. Footwear can
be considered as personal protective equipment, especially when
it comes to safety footwear. Tina,(2015)
And the author observes that most of the time people buy
footwear for their looks and do not consider comfort. With the
advancement in technology even safety shoes come in all styles.
The author deliberates on certain variety of shoes namely
electrical hazard safety shoes, ankle protection shoes and
chemical shoes and points out the importance of having these
shoes depending on The kind of job one is in. In manufacturing
shoes, the company would also consider the needs or expectations
of the consumers. The company should not just focus on the
goodness of quality of the shoes but also how comfortable it is
to wear. Bob, (2008)
In this study, the researchers want to conduct a study that
will give helpful information for the guidance of having a shoe
business. By that, it could help them by providing credible
readings and literatures which will help them and others about
shoe business.
Company Profile
JRC Shoe Shop, established in the year 2010, is the only
one leather shoe company engaged in the manufacturing and
supplying of industrial safety shoes under 1 Brand with having
its unique quality.
Their safety shoes are being widely appreciated by the
clients in the Philippines. These are manufactured as per the
industrial standards and are well known for their high quality
and durability. The various devices they offer to their clients
are industrial safety shoes, protective industrial shoes, foot
safety shoes, safety industrial shoes, industrial safety boots,
protective industrial boots, foot safety boots and safety
industrial boots.
They have made a continuous progress in the industry and
deliver quality based technology. By providing their clients
with excellent and timely services, they are able to offer a
wide range of shoes for different purpose as per the
international standards, thus making themselves a total
industrial solution provider.
Purchase or individual, they offer to their customers
safety shoes at a very affordable price, suiting as per to their
client needs.

They follow the international minimum price of a
leather shoes with good quality. Price varies from men
and women footwear.

quality producers and customers, they strive hard to
maintain their quality process. For measuring the
quality and performance of their industrial products,
they have set up a quality control management, which
monitors the entire process to meet the international

Customer Satisfaction
- The customers were satisfied to their products
because of the quality of the product and it met the
customer’s wants, even though it is very expensive
but still the buyers purchased their product for the
good purpose. Therefore the people chose the quality

Issues of production
- Lack Of time
During seasonal there are lots of customers
complaining about their shoes not being repaired
on time and orders that cannot be done on the
said date.
- Lack Of Worker
They only have 4 employees in making shoes and it
is one of the reason why they have slow
production.
Recommendation
JRC SHOE SHOP must expand the area for their operations so
that it can be more convenient to them and to the customers to
have spacious place. And they should hire additional workers for
them to be more efficient and productive as well. One of their
advantages is they don’t have any competitors here in Caraga, it
is important to open a new branch to cater more customers
especially to their business. Furthermore, they should adopt new
trends in designing their product to attract customers that
prefers to their taste.
Conclusion
Therefore, the JRC SHOE SHOP satisfied the customer’s wants
when it comes to the quality of the product. Their strategies
are all reliable on their decision making. They used many
strategies in order to met the demand of their customers and
made the customer satisfied. They still manage to produce the
exact order of their customers eventhough they have a lack of of
employees.
