All the Staff Members are requested to make a note of the invigilation duties as mentioned below and they are requested to
be present in the Examination Branch 30 minutes before the commencement of Examination.

Note:
1. All the staff members are requested to adjust the invigilation duties, if they apply for leave on Examination day(s).
2. Apart from the allotted invigilation duties, all the staff members should be available for invigilation duty in emergency.
3. HOD’s are requested to monitor the students and staff on invigilation duty for the smooth conduct of the examination.
