JANUARY 2018 - PRESENT
● Daily management of patient dietary requirements, including supplemental
and enteral feedings per RDN/MD discretion.
● Regularly review HealthTouch software for updated patient dietary needs and
maintain proper dietary limitations from diet changes.
● Perform dietary rounds for 50 to 80 patients per day between four and six
hospital units.
● Inform patients and families of proper dietary education regarding restrictions
based on RDN/MD prescribed diet.
● Utilization of translation services such as MARTI or LanguageLine to determine
dietary needs and preferences.

● Recorded inventory of enteral and parenteral supplements for weekly ordering
for hospital inpatients.
● Facilitated Nutrition Support Group sessions along with the Clinical Nutrition
Manager during monthly meetings.

education to participants on their contents
● Organized and analyzed patient data in Excel regarding malnutrition cases
reported by RDNs and MDs for further clinical research.
