Description: The central concept of the application is to allow the customer(s) to
service virtually using the Internet with out going to bank and allow customers to
open new account, withdraw, deposit, transfer, close and inquiring the balance.
Information of every customer will be stored in a database. The Bank services the
customers according to the customer’s intention and it updates and backups of each
customer transaction accordingly. With this service the end user can access his
account from anywhere provided by the bank. This service is secure because of
having each user his own user id and password provided by the bank and one can’t
access the bank’s database (hack), so it is full secure. All the data pertaining to the
customer will be stored in the database and it will be taken backups up to date.
Pre-requisite:
• Once you opened the account with the bank and you have to request the
bank for the net banking access by filling the ‘Access to Internet banking’ form and
the bank will provide you a userid and password to perform online operations
through your account.
• Once you received the credentials for net banking you are able to access your
account remotely from anywhere through the URL provided by the bank.
Objectives:
• Providing different kinds of services like inquiring the balance, payment of
utility bills/loans, transferring the funds online to the same or different bank
accounts, requesting for check books, requests for stop payment of checks,
requesting for debit and credit cards etc.
• Managing the multiple accounts like savings, FD, RD, loan and credit card
accounts and etc.
• Providing the transaction history and statement to the customers with the
provided date parameters like day/week/month/quarter/half-yearly and yearly.
• Providing the different kinds of information like what kinds of accounts and
services offered by the bank and terms and conditions for account management
operations, fees and charges for the various kinds of account operations and finding
the ATM locations etc.
