KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I ALDREN RICH, of legal age, Filipino citizen with residential address at No. 48
H.C. Rigor St., Brgy. 3, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, do hereby name , constitute,
and appointKAREN DAVILAS, also of legal age, Filipino citizen, and a resident of No. 51
H.C. Rigor St., Brgy. 3, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in –fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to perform the following acts
and deeds, to wit:

1. To update, process and facilitate any and all necessary documents


and papers relative to my application for my Pension and Retirement benefits
at the Social Security System (SSS);

2. To sign, execute any and all documents, and perform all acts as may
be required to carry out the foregoing act/s.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto me said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite necessary to crry into effect the
foregoing authority, as full to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present or physically capable to do, with full power of substitution and
revocation, and hereby, ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact, shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
