SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOWN ALL ME BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, AUREA CASTILLO SERNADILLA, of legal age, single, Filipino, and


a resident of 41 Teodora Alonzo, Baguio City, Philippines, do hereby appoint,
authorize, name and constitute LORNA CASTRO MANUEL, of legal age,
married, Filipino, and a resident of 574 Maligaya Hills, Asin Road, Baguio
City, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place
and stead, to do the following special powers:

1. To exercise general control, supervision and management over my


Baguio-Benguet Credit Cooperative (BBCCC) membership and
account, bearing BBCCC ID No. 28891;

2. To make, sign, seal, execute, and deliver contracts, documents,


agreements, and other writings of whatever nature or kind
concerning my interest and title over the afore-described BBCCC
membership and account and to use or convert the proceeds of the
same to any purpose as she deems fit;

3. To process and secure loans within my share capital;

4. To encash check/s of my loan proceeds, savings, and dividends;

5. To bind me solidarily with any other person in respect to loans and


other credit accommodations obtained through this Special Power
of Attorney;

6. To attend the General Assembly;

7. To do all acts and this which may be necessary to accomplish the


purpose of this representation.

Hereby giving and granting unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry
into effect the foregoing authority to be done in and about the premises as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present, with power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact or her substitute shall lawfully do
or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.

This Special Power of Attorney shall be effectively for two (2) years
from date of its execution.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hands this 19th day
of March, 2019, Baguio City, Philippines.

that she is the same person who presented the foregoing Special Power of
Attorney and she acknowledged to me that the same is her free and
voluntary act.

This instrument, consisting of two pages, including the page on which


this acknowledgment is written, has been signed on the left margin of each
page thereof by the principal.
