Job Description:-

· Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs


· Screening resumes
· Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
· Administering appropriate company assessments
· Performing reference and background checks
· Making recommendations to company hiring managers
· Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
· Following up on the interview process status
· Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
· Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
· Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws
regarding employment practices
· Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
· Completing timely reports on employment activity
· Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

Must have:-

- Should be good in communication

- Should be willing to make a career in HR domain
- Should be proactive and able to work under pressure
- Should be graduate at least

This Job requires Very good Spoken English, as a HR you need to Take Telephonic Round of the Candidates over the
Phone for our PAN India Hiring and then Lining up them for further Rounds to different Companies

· Role: Technical Recruiter- US Staffing

· Full time- Noida, Sector-63
· Start Date: ASAP
· Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM EST // Night Shift
· Salary - 13 k per month plus very attractive incentive. Opportunity to earn 30-40k incentives per
month.
· Educational Qualifications:- Any B-tech

Job Description:

· Handling full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing, screening, recruiting, placing, and on-boarding
candidates
· Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates
· Recruiting using job boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder; and other out of the box sources like
Social Networks
· Responsible for achieving good conversion ratio of submittals into interview/placement
