The above- mentioned café targets to cater mainly the students in the

The staffs went in an intensive interview and assessment of Person


Specification regarding their Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours. Specific
staffs underwent rigid training from TESDA resulting from being an NC II
holder.

The location of the CAFÉ-pindot near MINSCAT made it accessible and near
its customers. Its establishment is a source of premium upscale coffee
beverages and food which are affordable for students and employees. The
company was able to secure the location under extremely favorable terms.

De-stessing in a relaxing and comfortable way for employees is needed after

Price Bundling for coffee and sandwich/pasta will be applied. Customer

Creativity with the use of little imagination will help CAFÉ-pindot stand out
from our competitors. We are adding vending machines inside our café that
can utilize their time inside the café. Aside from that customers having their
birthday will have a free Bundle Meal as long as they are with a friend.

Intellectual property strategy

Café-pindot will have a strategic management to protect its intellectual


properties such as its unique name, logos, and the like. An administrative
case shall be filed against anybody who would alter, copy or reproduce the
aforesaid materials off without the management’s permission.

Workers compensation: Employees will be given their SSS, Philhealth


benefits and bonus depending on their monthly performance.

Our team will take time in constant assessment of qualtiycontrol, and


we also take the time to speak to each client’s individual needs.
