Here we should write why they should approve Schengen visa .This is the longest part of
the email / letter as it should explain in detail your arguments as to why it is unfair that you
were denied. That you submitted everything and that you are not going to overstay.

End the appeal with the date of your planned trip to create a sense of urgency specially if
you don’t have much time left to wait.
