Annexure ‘A’ – Scope of Service
M&P shall provide services to KIA-KHADDAR for delivery of local/imported items (must be legally cleared
and Genuine Products) via cash on delivery and reimbursement of collected amount where services are
available in Pakistan. (Cheque / P.O / DD will not be acceptable).
BOOKING:
All shipments will be booked under the instructions of KIA-KHADDAR will intimate the collection amount
at the time of order placement.
M&P will collect the Products amount at the time of delivery.
• Booking of shipments will be managed through COD booking portal provided by M&P.
• KIA-KHADDAR will arrange packing, pasting of address labels and booking at its own.
• M&P will collect booked shipments from KIA-KHADDAR as per mutually agreed time on daily basis.
• Booking will be done on specific M&P account numbers issued for SARIA ENTERPRISES.
• After booking of items, report will be shared with KIA-KHADDAR on designated email ID/via system
linking.
• Transit insurance can be arranged on behalf KIA-KHADDAR if needed by KIA-KHADDAR Insurance
provider’s term and condition will be applied.
• Delivery of shipments will be arranged within 02 working days after receiving.
• Please note: Shipments worth more than Rs. 30,000/piece will not be accepted.
DELIVERY:
• All Package(s) will be booked individually and sent to the given address for delivery.
• M&P delivers package(s) to any person available at given address after getting his/her
signature name and relationship with the consignee and collection of COD amount as
mentioned on the package(s) regardless of business or residential address.
• M&P will try to establish contact with the consignee before going for delivery to make sure
availability of the receiver and COD amount.
• M&P will facilitate KIA-KHADDAR for flexible delivery timings as per understanding with
buyer/receiver.

• In case contact not established with buyer/receiver, delivery will be attempted at the given
address and if address found closed, a message card will be hanged by M&P representative
and second attempt will be made the very next day. Before attempt, M&P will again try to
establish contact with the buyer/receiver.
• If second attempt is still unsuccessful, package(s) will be returned to SARIA ENTERPRISES.
• In case of self-collection by the consignee, the package(s) will be handover to consignee after
getting his/her signature on delivery sheet and collection of COD amount.
• In case of any change in information of consignee, e.g. address or name, designated persons
of KIA-KHADDAR is authorized to make all changes in address or receiver’s name. No M&P
staff is authorized to alter/change in address for delivery purpose.
• M&P will not allow its couriers to open any package(s) before delivery for any purpose.
• In case, if consignee fails to produce required cash at the time of delivery, shipment will not
be delivered & returned to KIA-KHADDAR and two ways courier charges would be billed for all
such shipments.
• All shipments will be re-booked with new consignment in case of re-ordering for same
consignee.
COD/SOD:
M&P will adopt two types of cash collection mechanism from the buyer/receiver.
• Through cash collection from across the country (M&P Services Area).
• Through swipe machine (MPOS terminal). This option will initially available in Karachi, Lahore, and
Islamabad only.
HANDLING OF COMPLAINT:
M&P will depute dedicated staff at their head office for quick resolution of complaints. The staff will
facilitate KIA-KHADDAR on the following;
• Resolution of all queries within 24 to 48 hours (Working days only).
• Sending booking, delivery and reconciliation reports (if required).
RECORD MANAGEMENT:
M&P will maintain records relevant to a package(s) up to ninety days (90) only from the date of
booking/delivery. After this period, M&P will unable to produce any information regarding the shipment.
REIMBURSEMENT OF COLLECTED AMOUNT TO SARIA ENTERPRISES:
➢ M&P will deposit collected amount into bank account.
➢ M&P will repay to KIA-KHADDAR twice a month against each delivered shipment through
cheque/pay order.
➢ Payment day can be decide/change with mutual consent.

➢ Cheque/Pay Order will be made in favor of SARIA ENTERPRISES.
➢ Reimbursement of collected amount will take place through a formal invoice submitted to M&P.
➢ M&P will reimburse the payment within 15 business days after adjustment of Its Service Charges
(If More than 100 shipment per month) If less than 100 parcels then after the completion of
month.
Annexure ‘B’ (Rates)
RATES FOR DOMESTIC- COD PACKAGE (S):
The following rates will apply to your shipments for a period of one year once you have signed the
contract form C.O.D.

Above rates are inclusive of
➢ Dedicated customer care support at M&P.
➢ System integration/modifications.
➢ Cash management and reimbursement.
Above rates are exclusive of
➢ Fuel Charges.
➢ GST as per Government law.
➢ Insurance coverage of cash in transit and product/ items.
VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT FORMULA:
Gross or volumetric weight, will be charged whichever is high, measurement formula (length x height x
breadth) divided by the 5000 in centimeter, answer is the actual volumetric weight.
IMPORTANT:
➢ M&P will book shipments containing product/item value up to Rs. 25,000/- only.

➢ For booking of greater than 25,000/- shipment, KIA-KHADDAR will inform and get conformation
from M&P in advance for appropriate arrangements and additional cash handling charges will be
agreed before proceeding.
➢ Customer Voluntary Insurance Coverage (Optional): Customer Voluntary Coverage is also
available if required.
➢ Rates are valid for 01 year from the date of signing of contract and will be increased with mutual
consent.
➢ Rs. 10,000/- will be charged as fixed billing. Greater then Rs. 10,000/-, invoice will be charged as
per rates mentioned above.
➢ Any government taxes, such as the General Sales Tax, and/or applicable impositions on the
services shall be included in the M&P’s charges/monthly invoice for payment by the SARIA
ENTERPRISES.
➢ Copy of NTN will be required for account activation.
➢ Rs. 500/- will be charge additional if monthly billing less than Rs. 2000/-.
