1. FOR TVTC and MINISTRY OF
EDUCATION – In charge of the data entry
for the TVTC and MOE programs and
registration of documents for file completion
as follows:
Registration of trainees
Developmental course registration
Course Registration for trainees in the
Administrative section
Registration of trainees in the
comprehensive test administration section
and Fashion Design
Check the registration decisions of Fashion
Design, Interior Design and Marketing and
Management Department
2. Receives all work schedules and grades
from Academic Affairs Manager to post in
Portal and Data Base.
3. Manages all academic computerized
exams and teaching/subject materials (new
and updated files).
Checks details of original copy of exams
and with the updated copy on file.
Checks details of original copy of teaching
materials (new) before forwarding to
Academic Affairs Secretary for photocopy.
To have the Master copy on file.
Coordinates with the Academic Affairs
Manager for all exams and teaching
materials for revisions and updates.
In charge with the design, making
corrections/editing and effecting any
changes on various teaching materials
needed and coordinates details for printing
and photocopy.
Communicates with the Head of
Departments and teachers for support.
Check the results of interns in Fashion
Design, Interior Design and Marketing and
Management Department
Record the results of apprentices
administrative section
Developmental courses administration work
Follows and checks issuance of certificates
Checks schedules for tests and trainings
2. COMPANIES
Follows attendance and absences per
month
Sends reminder for the financial claims at
the beginning of each calendar month
Receives all work requests from companies
In charge of all paperwork needed and
requested by each company for
sponsorship/scholarship
Follows Out-Source Training conducted
outside or inside the Institute
3. GENERAL DIRECTOR’S OFFICE –
Completes any office tasks as requested as
follows:
Types Arabic Documents
Arranges assigned files
Arranges visitor’s meetings and demands
documents requested for General Director’s
meetings
4. XTRAMILE MARKETING
Revises marketing strategy
Discuss marketing strategy with immediate
superiors
Follows post on a daily basis
Comments on any unusual incidents
Requests marketing for newly assigned
courses

1. Handles all students’ affairs such as complaints and difficulties
2. Raise any concerns to the Executive Director and Head of
Departments
3. Informs students about the different majors and options available
in the Institute as appropriate for them
4. Communicates timetables with students
5. Conveys results and schedules to all students
6. Coordinates with the marketing department and teachers on the
implementation of marketing tools to attract new customers
7. Proctors exams if needed
8. In charge of Future on the Go courses
9. In charge of student activities inside and outside the Institute’s
premises
10. Advertises any outgoing events or campaigns that have value
and benefit for the students
11. Conveys new ideas obtained from being with the students to the
Executive Director
12. In charge of distributing and collecting of Questionnaires and
submits them to the Marketing Manager
13. Assists the students in filling-up Request Form for Certification
Letter and Transcript of Records
14. Prepares Identification Letters (Arabic) requested by student/s
15. Ensures that all policies in regard of student administration is
fulfilled
