Scope of Work
1. Complete Construction work as per approved quotation.
2. Drawings and detailing of work.
Professional Fees
In consideration of the Building Construction and Engineering services rendered by us,
the professional fees will be Rs 1200 per SQFT i.e. One Thousand Two Hundred Rupees
per Square feet only.
Kindly refer to annexure attached underneath for details of materials and quality.
Terms and Conditions
General Terms
1. Any type of extra work not specified in drawings will be charged separately.
2. Electricity and Water supply would be in scope of client.
3. Payment shall be done strictly in accordance with the payment terms.
4. Client is responsible for any type of damage to the building caused due to external
sources.
5. No interior work is in our scope.
6. The rates remain persistent for the complete construction of G+1 Structure. The
additional rate of 250 Rs/Sqft would be charged in case construction is done
partially.
7. Any increment required in the quality of the product specified under the annexure
the difference amount shall be paid by the client.
Payment Terms
1. 20 % Advance for approval.
2. 25 % after Plinth work.
3. 25 % after Ground Roof Level.
4. 20 % after First Floor Roof level.
5. 10 % up to complete construction of work.
Annexure
Structure Work
1. Foundation work as per the structural drawings.
2. Cement Concrete ratio as per the structural drawings.
3. Masonry work with first class indori gutka burnt bricks.
4. Cement of Birla, Wonder, Coromandel, or any other similar cement brands.
5. Steel of Moira, Sawangi or any other similar steel brands.
Finishing Work
1. Tiling Work
a. Double charged vitrified tile (rates up to 32 Rs/Sqft) for Halls, Bedroom,
Kitchen, and other places.
b. Antiskid tiles (rates up to 25 Rs/Sqft) for Bathroom floorings.
c. Glazed ceramic tiles (rates up to 40 Rs/Sqft) for Bathroom wall tiles.
d. Glazed ceramic tiles (rates up to 25 Rs/Sqft) for Kitchen Wall tiles.
e. Granite stone (rates up to 80 Rs/Sqft) for staircase tread and Double charged
vitrified tile (rates up to 32 Rs/Sqft) for staircase risers.
f. Black Granite stone (rates up to 90 Rs/Sqft) for Kitchen Platform.
2. Electric Work
a. Electric Wires of Finolex, Polycabs or any other similar brands.
b. Switch boards, celing rose, holders of Anchor, Western Vega or any other
similar brands.
3. Door & Window Work
a. Laminated flush doors (sunmica rates up to 400 Rs/Sqft) of size 2.1 m x 0.9
m for main doors and bedroom doors.
b. Water proof laminated flush doors (sunmica rates up to 450 Rs/Sqft) of size
2.1 m x 0.75 m for bathroom and balcony doors.
c. Wooden frame for doors and windows.
d. Windows of aluminum section with two glass panel and one net panel.
e. Ventilation of aluminum louvers with glass panels.
4. Plumbing Work
a. Overhead tank of capacity 1000 liters of Sintex.
b. Underground piping work of ashirwad, astral or any other similar brands.
c. Plumbing fixtures are given by Client.
5. Iron & Steel Work
a. Main door gate of 140 Rs/Kgs.
b. Iron grills on windows.
c. Stainless steel railings of 450 Rs/Sqft.
6. Painting Work
a. Two coat putty of JK wall putty or any other similar brands.
b. Two coat paint of Nerolac, Berger or any other similar brands.
c. Oil paints on iron door and window grills.
d. Paint textured not included in our scope.
