All the students are required to follow the following points strictly: 

1. Duration of the Presentation should be of 10-15 mins and should contain only 15-20
Slides.
2. There should be a brief overview of the company (max. 1 slide)
3. There should be brief overview of the Problem statement, existing system, objective
of the new system and the Technology used.
4. Main emphasis should be on the role of the student in the overall Project.
5. Report should be Hard-Bind as per given format . All students/groups are required to
submit 3 copies of the Report. One for the Department, one for Library and one for
their Personal use.
6. Each report should carry one CD containing Documentation of Report and Source
code of the project (if company allowed).
7. Photostat copy of the Training Certificate should be included in the Report.
8. Main heading font size18 and sub heading font size 16. Content font size 12.
9. Font: Times New Roman, Alignment justified.
10. Spacing between lines is 1.5.
11. Report size should be 70 – 100 pages
