With reference to RFQ reg. nitrogen system (NP-01), we are pleased, herewith, to present you our
proposal for a liquid nitrogen supply in a Liquid Cryogenic tank installation at the following
technical and commercial conditions:

III. SCOPE OF WORK [INSTALLATION / CIVIL WORK / PIPING] :
1. LINDE SIGAS – SCOPE OF WORK
Supply and Installation of Cryo-vessel for LIN, capacity 6 365 LTR.
Supply and Installation of Vaporizer with flow capacity up to 130 m3 per hour.
Fabricating pipeline from vaporizer outlet to connecting point for 10 m maximum.
Commissioning of the system.
2. CUSTOMER – SCOPE OF WORK
Civil foundation for the tank or any handling equipment needed on site.
Any permit or MODON approval.
Provide cranes for loading and un-loading of vessel & equipment.
A road truck access for tank refilling.
IV. LEAD TIME OF EQUIPMENT:
Cryogenic vessel shall be delivered & installed within 1 to 2 months time at customer’s
premises from date of signing of contract.
1. DELIVERY OF LIQUID NITROGEN:
By LINDE SIGAS road tankers – within 48 hours, based on customer’s official order or on
Telemetry indication.
V. OPERATION & MAINTAINENCE
1. LINDE SIGAS shall offer training to Customer’s personnel for operating of installation at the
time of commissioning.
2. LINDE SIGAS shall set the operating pressure, of the cryogenic vessel as per Customer’s
requirement.
3. LINDE SIGAS shall arrange periodical maintenance of the vessel and vaporizer.
4. LINDE SIGAS technician will fix as early as possible if any problem occurred.
VI. PERIOD OF CONTRACT
1. Period of contract shall be five [ 5 ] years from the date of signing contract.
VII. OWNERSHIP OF ASSET
1. The proposed equipment shall remain property of LINDE SIGAS and shall be at Customer’s
disposal on a monthly rental basis.
Customer to refill the product in mentioned asset from SIGAS only.
2. In case of any damage to equipment due to improper handling by Customer’s personnel,
while subjected assets are in its premises, the latter shall be liable for the repair and shall
recover to SIGAS the expenses incurred;
