Diving Tourism particularly coral reef tourism is worth 36$ Billion in global tourism
value and the Philippines is strategically at the top of the coral triangle, the center
of the world’s marine biodiversity and within that triangle, lies the Verde Island
Passage - center of the center of marine shorefish biodiversity. The Resort is
situated inside this area. Only a 3hr drive away from Manila, Mabini-Batangas
offers an idyllic location for both foreign and local tourists that want to experience
the ocean’s diverse marine life or just relax and stay at a lodge overlooking the
scenic view of the sea away from the city’s hustle and bustle.

experiences. The resort is also geared towards sustainable developments and
environmental protection as it houses a small-scale reef conservation and research
center that caters to researchers/students and marine biologists which help further
scientific research and aid in reef conservation. Included within the conservation
and research center is a coral reef museum that caters to students-educational field
trips, tourists, and people who are generally interested in learning more about coral
reefs. The main tourist attraction for the resort is its sustainable artificial reef
deployment which caters to both professional and recreational divers who would
want to experience an underwater themed dive site.
