URGENT MOTION TO ENTER INTO PLEA BARGAINING

Accused, by and through counsel unto this Honorable Court most


respectfully states, that:

Accused was charged for violation Section 11, R.A. 9165. The quantity of
the dangerous drugs subject of this case does not exceed five grams. Hence, as
provided in the Estipona case and the Guidelines provided for by the
Department of Justice accused can avail of the provisions on plea.

In this connection accused pleads that he be allowed to enter into a plea


bargaining procedure.

RELIEF

WHEREFORE, premises considered it is respectfully prayed that accused


be allowed to enter into plea bargaining.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the premises are likewise prayed
for.
