Dear Ms. Abedoza,

Greetings!

We write for and in behalf of our client, ________________________.

Our records reveal that you have received RED LOGO Items from my client which
as of today reaches the amount of FOUR HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND
EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY PESOS ONLY (P419,830.00) inclusive of interest.
Despite repeated demands, you still failed to pay the said amount.

Final demand is hereby given to you to pay, in full, the above- mentioned
amount, within ten (10) days from receipt of this letter or make good with our
client within the same period through our office.

Your continued refusal to heed to our demand might constrain us to file and
pursue any and all legal remedies to protect and enforce the rights of our client
which might include the filing of criminal and civil in court.

We trust that you will give this matter your most preferred response and action
to avoid the expense and humiliation of a full-blown trial in court.
