A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MR. SARMIENTO CARLO B. AS
THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY TABION, DEL GALLEGO,
CAMARINES SUR
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Republic Act of 2015, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan
reform Act of 2015, R.A. 10742, Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer shall be appointed by
Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson (SK Chairperson) with the concurrence of the majority of
all the SK members (SK members) from among the members of the KK.
WHEREAS, MR. SARMIENTO CARLO B. possesses all the qualifications for a Sangguniang
Kabataan Treasurer as provided under Section 10 of Republic Act 10742.
NOW THEREFORE, that copy of this resolution be given to MR. SARMIENTO CARLO B., of
Barangay Tabion, Del Gallego, Camarines Sur until the end of the term of the appointing
authority unless sooner removed.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be given be furnished the DILG
City/Municipal Local Government Operation Office and the Local Youth Development Office for

On the 17th of June 2019, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Tabion
conducted a Katipunan ng Kabataan Assembly.
This is to; a) discuss the previous activities of the municipality wherein the
youth sector was involved, b) tackle about the current fiscal situation of the
SK fund, c) special election of SK councilors that will help to meet the
quorum of the SK council which is very essential in making PPA’s for the
development of the youth sector. There were three (3) new SK councilors
were elected, to wit;
