Group Project 2
ChimpChange
You are a financial consulting team that has been asked to advise Thomas Andrews on:
1. How ChimpChange should raise the capital required to fund the firm’s growth
2. What value (in USD) should be placed on the firm’s shares

You are to prepare a professional report that provides your recommendation along with
supporting arguments (both quantitative and qualitative). Your report should not exceed three
pages (excluding the cover page and appendices that include the details of your share valuation).
The report should be:
 Professional: Professionally-formatted, good grammar and spelling, no awkward prose
 Focused: Non-repetitive, no unnecessary details irrelevant to your recommendation
 Simple: Easy to follow and as non-technical as possible
You must provide a softcopy of any spreadsheet used to perform your share valuation. Submitted
spreadsheets should be professional and easy to understand for the user.

Your group must submit a hard copy of your report as well as an electronic version of the report
and any supporting spreadsheets to D2L by noon on November 20. Late assignments will not be
accepted. Peer evaluations, which must be submitted in hardcopy form, are due by noon on
November 27. These will be kept strictly confidential.

2. No communication is allowed across groups.
3. The grade for each group will be determined as follows:
