goals/objectives:

 To maximize profit

 To focus on controlling costs in both production and operations while

maintaining the profit margin on products sold

 To generate positive cash flow from operations and at least 10 percent net

profit to sales.

STRATEGIES

CHILOG SNACKU strategy is based on delivering strong customer value. It is

focused on satisfying the needs of the students to have something nutritious and

affordable treat for snacks and lunch times.

A stall will be made so that CHILOG SNACKU will be able to reach more

customers with the help of other mechanical and electronic advertisements. The business

believes that it will earn profit when it gains recognition from the customers.
