CHILOG SNACKU FOOD HOUSE aims to achieve the following market

To offer customers with excellent snack service while providing outstanding
customer experience minimizing the customer complaints
To sell quality and nutritious food at fair price
To maximize profit
To focus on controlling costs in both production and operations while
maintaining the profit margin on products sold
To generate positive cash flow from operations and at least 10 percent net
profit to sales.
STRATEGIES
CHILOG SNACKU strategy is based on delivering strong customer value. It is
focused on satisfying the needs of the students to have something nutritious and
affordable treat for snacks and lunch times.
