Staff Rules and Penalties Guide

STAFF RULES

1. Everybody should work on time. Cannot be late or absent.

a. If late less than 15 minutes, deduction of 1 hour salary.


b. If Late above 15 minutes, less than 30 minutes, 100 peso salary deduction.
c. If Late above 30 minutes, less than 1 hour, 200 peso salary deduction.
d. If late above 1 hour, half day salary deduction.
e. If late more than 3 hours within 15 days, 1 week suspension.
f. If suspended 2 times, termination.

2. If absent for 1 day without informing anybody, 500 peso salary deduction. If absent
two times, termination.

3. No smoking in the kitchen area or in the room. Otherwise, penalty is 200


peso/time.

4. All female staff should wear hairnet during working time.

5. Everyone should keep hands clean during work especially when touching food.

6. Everyday only 1 person can ask for a leave (if before day off, the said person should
inform the boss in advance). If an employee is having a day off, the team leader
should arrange another employee to work overtime.

7. Regarding borrowing money from the boss; employees cannot borrow


money/loan higher than their salary.

8. If not busy, the team leader should arrange people to clean every areas, include
outside.

9. All the staff should do garbage segregation; dry, biodegradable, non-


biodegradable, and hazardous waste. The team leader should arrange one person
to be in-charge of garbage segregation. Also to teach everyone how to distinguish
all garbage.
