The institution where I am enrolled, Lyceum Northwestern University, Nancayasan, Urdaneta City,
Pangasinan. Is looking for establishment where students under Technology and Vocational Livelihood
could practice skills through immersion with a minimum 80 hours of service as compliance on Senior
High School partial requirement for graduation.

I intend to apply as a trainee in you establishment based on my specialization FBS, through my
