Participants: Act Together Youth

Time: Lesson/activity should only be 1-2 hours long.
Objective: To inform youth about cyberbullying and how words can affect their peers
whether it is online or in person. Youth should walk away with knowledge of
consequences of cyberbullying and what do when they see it happening.

2. Have a discussion
- Open forum for youth to be open and share and ask questions about
cyberbullying (safe space).
3. Worksheet
-Questions that would be on worksheet:
1. What is cyberbullying?
2. What would you do if you see a peer getting bullied in person or
online?
3. Do you think Cyberbullying is a real issue that people face today?
4. What are you going to do different now that you are aware of
how your words can affect others?
4. Poster contest
- The youth will have a chance to create a poster that brings awareness
to cyberbullying who ever have the most creative poster will win a prize.
