This is the new COOP JEEPNEY TERMINAL here in our Baranggay. Mission to create and maintain a
safe and orderly environment for travelers.
IMPROVEMENT and construction of concrete stairs and railings going to VILLA ROSA,The baranggay
council identified said project in order to better serve, taking steps that help and create an accessible
pathway.
The widening of these BRIDGE complements our road widening projects.These aim to provide the
traveling public safe and faster mobility and to hasten the delivery of basic goods and services.
The new AMBULANCE form part of City Mayor Lourdes Cataquiz’s vision of making emergency
healthcare more accessible to all San Pedronians.

3 WAYS by which an enacted ordinance can be considered an approved ordinance
1. When the Mayor or Governor affixed his signature thereto as approved;
2.When the mayor failed to act within the reglementary period for him to approve the same and the
Period already lapsed;
3.When the mayor originally voted the ordinance and the sangguniang already override the veto 2/3
Vote of all its members.The ordinance is considered approved as if he signed by him.
DIFFERENT PROGRAMS OF BARANGGAY ESTRELLA
TAPAT MO,LINIS MO
The program encourages business establishments,resiudential owners, and baranggay officials in the
City to maintain cleanliness in their respective areas.Having clean environment will help prevent
diseases from spreading,pollution,floods and other natural disaster.
BARANGGAY HEALTH CENTER
I’ts goal to provide first aid, maternal and child health care,diagnosis of social diseases, and other basic
health services to all members of the community it is serving.This is important to monitor and provide
the needs of the baranggay member’s health and ensure that they are in a proper and fit condition.
QUICK RESPONSE UNIT
Initial time would be 2 minutes for nearby locations depending on the distance of the respondent from
the baranggay for kagawads to take action and help the citizens on their respective occurences.
TRABAHO MO,HANAP MO JOB FAIR
Helping unemployed member of the community find a job suited to their skills and expertise
appropriate to their age.This is for them to find a livelihood to sustain their family needs and be an
active and effective member of the community.

Is geared towards empowering parents,creating awareness among them about child rights and helping
them contribute towards the empowerment of their own community
ECOLOGICAL WASTE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
Set guidelines and targets for solid waste avoidance and volume reduction through source reduction
and waste minimization measures, including composting,recycling,re-use,recovery,green charcoal
process, and others.
AS A PART OF A SYSTEM OF BARANGGAY HOW WAYS YOU CAN HELP?
For me as a residence of BARANGGAY ESTRELLA, I want to involved my self as a volunteer in some
many ways,Volunteering skills to a baranggay is a great way to give back to your community.support and
attend community meetings in your baranggay.There are plenty of opportunities out there if you look
out for them
