WORKED PROJECTS:
 ALH & LUH Pumps manufacturing and assembly.
 Production of Fuel Hose Fittings and Fittings Assembly of Fuel Hoses for HAL
Helicopters.
 Production of fittings and assembly of High pressure hoses for VSSC Rockets.
 Production(Machining) of Metallic and Non-Metallic components for HAL, DRDO,

KEY DELIVERABLES:
 Co-ordinating with Internal Program and Planning team on customer
requirements, Internal preparation includes all basic requirements set-up with
respect to 5M and its validations.
 Interact with Quality, Purchase, Stores and Marketing departments in following
up 5M.
 Interact with customers in giving commitments, following PDI inspections and
fulfilling their requirements.
 Responsible for Assembly and Testing of Hydraulic, Pneumatic & Fuel Hoses and
Ge rotor Pumps.
 Responsible for all Machine shop activities such as shift planning & man power
allocation for CNC, VMC, EDM and conventional machines.
 Achieve the production targets and operational efficiencies based on planning
schedule.
  Ensuring On Time Delivery of the product to customer(OTD Monitoring).
 Ensuring availability of Instruments, Tools, Jigs & Fixtures required for all stages
of manufacturing process.
 Production improvements with respect to Lean/TPM & Kaizen Methodology.
 Time per piece, Takt time & Cycle time calculation.
 Implementation of good manufacturing practices and educating to team
members to achieve the production yield.
 FMEA, 5 Why studies for process improvement.
 Responsible to continual improvement in both process and production &
encourage employees to involve in Kaizen activities.
 Control Plan and CAPA for internal and external customer complaint based on
CFT team.
 Productivity & Scrap improvements through applying the Lean principles 7
Waste, 7 QC Tools, VSM.
 WIP Maintain entire shop floor(Standard, Process & Station WIP).
 Weekly report preparation(Production, Yield, Scrap, Downtime records) & all
records share with top management.
 Support to CFT teams for preparing the work instruction, Maintenance records.
 Monitoring & Calculating the assembly line Process Flow & Cycle time, work load
levelling.
