EXPLANATION

The foregoing pleading is being served through registered mail because


undersigned counsel has no sufficient messengers who can serve the same
through personal service and in view of the distance between the offices of the
parties.

Copy of the foregoing instrument has been sent to the Branch Clerk of
Court through registered mail and special courier instead of personal service
due to distance, time constraint and lack of personnel.
