Health Problem

The document discusses two health problems affecting a family: improper garbage disposal and accident hazards from falls. For improper garbage disposal, the family lacks knowledge about proper waste management and its health impacts. The nursing interventions include educating the family on proper disposal methods like composting and recycling, as well as consulting local leaders. For accident hazards, the home's dilapidated flooring and broken stairs pose fall risks. The nursing objectives are to teach safety measures and provide materials to reconstruct the stairs to prevent injuries. The evaluations for both problems will assess if the family successfully implements the recommended practices.
