FSLDM Data Modeller:

Job Roles and Responsibilities

The Data Modeler will work with the Data Architecture team to help implement Enterprise Data
Platform using the financial data model

Develop the logical and Physical model

Create a mapping with source systems to Enterprise Data Platform

Data Migration Strategy from existing data platforms to New/Enhanced data platform

Experience required:

 Over all 10+ years of experience in Information Management and Big Data technologies.
 5+ years of experience that must include data modeling for enterprise data warehouses
 Experience in Bank industry is MUST
 Knowledge of FSLDM or any other Banking Industry Model
 Strong Data warehousing architecture experience
 Strong skills in tools and technologies relevant to enterprise data management including;
conceptual and logical data modeling, physical database design, data integration
 Data Modeling (ERD's, Mapping, Metadata, dimensional) using a modeling tool like ERwin
 Experience in DB2, Oracle, and Hadoop
 Experience in DataStage and Talend
 Experience working with agile methodologies

Technical Requirements:
5+ years of experience in data analysis and design
SAS skills
Accessing data on Hadoop
Agile Methodology and Artifacts
5-7 years use of data acquisition, analysis and reporting tools and experience with their use on large
relational databases (SQL experience a plus)
3-5 years experience in Finance, Banking Industry
5-7 years experience with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Demonstrated proficiency in predictive analytics, communicating results, and applied statistics. Technical
SAS knowledge (or similar software)
