This is to certify that I Anil Kumar Swami joined the office of PDA, North Western
Railway, Jaipur on deputation dated 20.06.2019 and further posted at Divisional Audit
Office Bikaner where I joined on 24.06.2019. I will surrender the quarter availed by me
at the place of my parent office i.e. Chandigarh as per prevailing rules. Further it is
certify that I have not availed Govt. accommodation facility since my joining to this
office. Presently I am residing in Sharda Bhawan, Near Tulsi Circle, Bikaner. This is for
your information and HRA may please be granted to me from Date of Joining i.e.
20.06.2019 as I have not got received HRA for the month of July with the salary of July
month.
