This is with reference to the sale of flat no F-102 in “Sri Mythri Enclave” vide agreement of sale deed
(7042/17-18).

We hereby certify that we completed the construction of flat F-102 located at “Sri Mythri Enclave”
(address as mentioned above) and we certify that there are no dues from the above mentioned
customer, hence we request you to transfer installation bearing RR No. SPMS19000 to the aforesaid
flat owner and the existing deposit for the installation may also be transferred.
