Drive-Thru Digital Menu Boards Mandate


On March 28, 2018, Burger King Corporation (BKC) communicated system-wide restaurant updates to
help improve guests’ drive-thru (DT) experience, including the mandate of double DT lanes and DT digital
menu boards for all new & remodeled restaurants. The BKC mandate requires a 3-panel DT digital menu
(see pictures below) for new & remodeled restaurants, and a 1-panel digital preview board system for
new restaurants. The digital preview boards are optional for remodels.
