Program Schedule

The entire Program will be duration of 45 days. The program will be in following
schedule

Part I - HR Conceptual Orientation and Practical Scenarios

This part will be TWO hours per day. From Monday to Friday. The timing will be
Morning session-7 am to 9 am and Evening session will be 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm. The
session timing s will be scheduled in the consideration of participants feasibility and
faculty available timing

Part II- HR Skills Workshop

These are Skill Development Workshops. The team have to choose THREE areas in the
listed above and we conduct Skill workshop on those areas. These workshops will be on
Sunday from Morning 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Part III - Behavioral Skills Development and Career Development Workshops

These workshops aims at Strengthen Behavioral Skills for the Foundation of Personal
Effectiveness .These are foundation blocks for any effective HR Professional. The team
have to choose 4 areas in the listed above and we will conduct Skill workshop on those
areas. Out of four one should be Career Development Workshop and other is personal
effectiveness.These workshops we conduct on Sunday from Morning 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Program Delivery Methodology

Every program uses participant centered methodologies and experiential in nature. The
program pedagogy consists of a mix of lectures. case analysis, group discussions and
experiential learning exercises aimed at stimulating an interesting and participative
learning experience. Theoretical input will be supplemented by practical insights from
industry.

Vision@HR Program will be delivering through Team of Senior and Young HR


Professional with vast and varied Industrial experience in HR, Training and Organization
Development. The main Vision of the team is to share their Knowledge and Experience in
HR and Organization Development Domain to facilitate fresh and Young HR
Professional’s Journey towards Building their Organizations with the support of
