BA 9 Human Resource Management: Final Exam

Ø Choose 1 company from the SEC mall which you want to apply.
Ø Apply for the Branch Manager position in the chosen company.
Ø Requirements:
ü Intent Letter
ü Résumé
ü Print Screen of Your Midterm Grades (or SHS final grades)
ü Rubrics

Note: Use Font- Arial 12, A4 paper, and place all the needed documents on a white
transparent sliding folder.
Ø Employer/ HR managers:
o Toni Rose T. Tahil, RN, CFMP, MBA
o Herson Bation, MBA
Ø Set a schedule with your assigned HR managers. (Always adjust your schedules for the
teachers’ convenience since you are the applicant.)
Ø Dress Code: Business Formal
Ø NEVER BE LATE ON YOUR SCHEDULED INTERVIEW. Late comers won’t be entertained.

I’m a woman with utmost regard for your institution, with a sincere desire and capabilities to serve

I am TONI ROSE T. TAHIL, a registered nurse and a graduate of Xavier University – Ateneo de
Cagayan Batch 2013. I also took up Master in Business Administration at the same school and
graduated last March of this year. I heard that the School of Business and Management is now

as an instructor that is why I am applying for this position.

I’ve been exposed to various business and finance related experiences and practiced my teaching
skills during my college days through our Nursing Education subject. It would be my first time to
