The ultrasonogram report of the abdomen and pelvis found that the liver, gallbladder, spleen, pancreas, kidneys, bladder, and prostate were normal in size and echotexture with no abnormalities. The common bile duct, portal and hepatic veins, pelvic calyceal systems, and retroperitoneum also appeared normal with no masses, stones, or free fluid observed within the abdomen or pelvis. The impression was that the study revealed normal findings throughout the abdomen and pelvis.
