P.S. – BAGUIATI, KOLKATA – 700101, WEST BENGAL, (2) SHRI.
SANDIPAN ROY (PAN : CCFPR6286L), son of Shri. Pradip Kumar Roy,
aged about 22 years, resident of JAGATPUR, ASWINI NAGAR, P.S. –
BAGUIATI, KOLKATA – 700159, WEST BENGAL, and (3) SHRI.
SUVAJIT ROY (PAN : DKEPR1708B), son of Shri. Jayanta Roy, aged
about 19 years, resident of JAGATPUR, ASWINI NAGAR, P.S. –
BAGUIATI, KOLKATA – 700159, WEST BENGAL do hereby solemnly
affirm & declare as under:-
1. That we are the Partner of the M/S. KOLO INDIA, AG - 329, PALPARA,

KRISHNAPUR, P.S. – BAGUIHATI, WARD NO. 25, BIDHAN NAGAR

MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, KOLKATA – 700 102, WEST BENGAL.

2. That we are resigning from the Partnership as on the date of this declaration.

3. That we had invested Rs. 12,000/- (Rupees twelve thousand only) each towards the

initial Capital of our above named partnership business.

4. That we are hereby drawing our contribution in full and final settlement towards our

retirement and/or resignation from the business.

5. That we shall never claim any further profit, capital, interest from the above named

business in future.

6. That we have No objection if the above named business will be continued as


Proprietorship by SHRI. ABHIJIT NASKAR (PAN : ANIPN2582M), son of Shri.
Sukumar Naskar, aged about 29 years, resident of AG - 329, PALPARA,
KRISHNAPUR, P.S. – BAGUIHATI, KOLKATA – 700102, WEST BENGAL.

7. That we further ratify to state that we shall never give any objection and/or we shall
never use the name of M/S. KOLO INDIA in future for business and/or personal
use.
8. That the statements made above are true, correct and best of our knowledge and
belief.
