Some people think that cities are the best place to live.

Others
prefer to live in a rural area. Compare the advantages and
disadvantages of living in the city to living in the countryside. -

It is undeniable choosing a great place to live is a major concern of


many people. Some people are likely to live in the countryside
because it is an ideal place to relax with various positive effects.
However, others, including me, believe that living in big cities are
more beneficial involved.

Those who are in favor of regional area have their own reason.

Firstly, people who live in an urban area may face tremendous


pressure and stress-related diseases due to the cost of living in the
city is always two or three times higher than that of a regional area.
They have to spend time on their workplace to get a high income
for their lives. Thus, people do not have enough time to relax after a
hard working day.

Secondly, the environment in many big cities are polluted seriously.


Nowadays, many external factories and vehicles produce a large
amount of emissions and exhaust fume into the environment.
Hence, people would get exposed to a high level of pollution which
lead to health problems. Furthermore, food, fruit and vegetables in
big cities may contain chemicals and toxic which cause serious
harm to human health.

On the other hand, I firmly believe that living in an urban area


has bring various positive effects.

First of all, the number of high technological devices such as


modern transportation and communication systems in big cities are
increased rapidly. Thus, people would have more chance to access
the latest tools with various useful applications. Besides, they could
easily communicate with other people all over the world.

Secondly, many cities are becoming industrialized. For this reason,


people who live in this area have more opportunities to get a better
job and increase income for their living.
Last but not least, citizens living in the urban area are
well-educated than the ones who live in a regional area.

Despite the drawbacks of living in big cities, its good points are
more significant from a broader view.
