Singing Contest Guidelines

I. Description: The competitor, a law student enrolled in the University


of Santo Tomas-Legazpi College of Law, attending the Christmas Party,
would sing a song of his or her own choice acapella, an instrument of
the performer’s choice or minus one accompaniment.

II. Goal: To create an activity that would showcase the talents of the
students and give relief from the usual routine of studying.

III. Singing Contest General Rules:

1. Profanities are not allowed.


2. Participants must be dressed appropriately.
3. Interested Participants must submit their names to the UST-L
Student Council, for the latter to make the necessary kits (Name
Tags and preparation of seats)
4. Participants may either be solo, duet or group.
5. Props may be used.

Voice Quality 50

Stage Presence 30
Breathing and Diction 20
