For High Purity Processes
Extend Service Life, Reduce Costs
GORE™ SEQUEL® packing is a pure white pump packing. With
thermal conductivity at least three times greater than other PTFE
packings, SEQUEL® packing greatly extends service life and pre-
vents premature shaft scoring. It controls excessive leakage, with
exceptionally long service life due to its ability to run cool with a
very low coefficient of friction. SEQUEL® packing meets FDA
requirements, and is ideal for food processing, pharmaceutical,
and other color-sensitive applications.
GORE™ SEQUEL® packing has thermal conductivity at least
three times greater than other PTFE packings. Even in very abrasive,
high-temperature applications like fine paper bleaching operations,
SEQUEL® packing excels. It can be used in equipment with dynamic
shafts such as pumps, mixers, agitators and filter dryers. White
SEQUEL® packing provides all the advantages of PTFE including
extended service life.
