1) AC HV SPARK TEST SET 0-15kV @ 1kVA

AC high voltage Spark Tester capable of giving output voltage 0-15kV at 1kVA capacity(AIR COOLED
TYPE). The unit shall be in single part (Straight Mounting).
Technical Details:
1. Input 230V. Single Phase 50Hz. AC Supply.
2. Output 0-15kV AC continuously variable with one end at earth
potential.
3. Capacity 1kVA
4. Duty Continuous for testing
5. Control i) Regulating Transformer to control output.
ii) Trip Mode to control tripping.
During fault occurrence, in trip mode; output will trip.
6. Metering Voltmeter: One digital panel type connected on LT side
calibrated to indicate output voltage.
Scale: 0-15kV
7. Protection A fast acting DC relay will isolate the circuit when the fault
occur.
8. Termination The HT output on suitable HT insulator and other point at
earth potential would be brought out on suitable insulator.

10. Control panel
The unit will have MAINS ON and HT ON switch. Indicating
lamps for MAINS ON, HT ON and FAULT. Trip. KV
[Link] Counter will be provided. It will count the
number of faults. It will have reset option. Audio/Visual
fault indicator will be provided.
It will also incorporate regulating autotransformer. Naturally
Air cooled continuously variable. Motorized Model to raise
and lower the voltage with the help of push buttons
11. HV Transformer
The HV transformer will be made of silicon steel lamination,
wound with electrolytic grade copper and insulated with extra
high quality insulating paper, naturally air cooled type.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRICE : The rates quoted are Ex-godown at Greater Noida exclusives of all levies
such as GST, any other levy, which will be charged extra applicable on the date
of supply.
DELIVERY: 2-4 weeks after receipt of confirm order with advance
PAYMENT: 45% advance against irrevocable purchase order and balance 55% against
proforma invoice before delivery.
INSURANCE & FRIEGHT:-To your account.
TAXES: -GST 18%.(HSN CODE-9030)
GUARANTEE: - ONE YEAR from the date of delivery within normal operating conditions as
specified for the particular equipment. All equipments are warranted against
manufacturing defects & workmanship. This excludes normal wear and tear,
burning, damages due to incoming power supply, improper handling,
consequential and in-transit damages. For servicing during warranty period,
his first class to & fro travel fare & lodging / boarding shall be to your
account.
INSPECTION: - This will be done by your Authorized Person at our works before dispatch.
VALIDITY:-90 days from date & subject to confirmation in writing thereafter.
