a. Windows 7 and above
b. Microsoft Internet Explorer version 9 and above
c. Mozilla Firefox 51 and above
d. Google Chrome 42 and above

2. Java Settings
a. Open Control Panel.

b. In control panel if View by selected as Large Icon then,

c. In control panel if View by selected as Category Icon then click on Programs.

d. Click on Java to make settings.

e. Click on View to delete temporary files.

f. Delete all temporary files in Application, Resources, Deleted Applications, System
Application and System Resources.

g. To select multiple selections, press Ctrl -> A, then click delete button.

h. Go to Security tab to add TW sites by clicking Edit Site List.
